Our Data
Honesty Code.
At Sifizj Data Insights, we treat your information with the same precision we apply to our analytics. This privacy policy outlines exactly how we collect, protect, and utilize your personal data without the corporate jargon.
How We Handle Your Information
Updated: February 19, 2026
Collection Boundaries
We collect basic identifiers such as your name, corporate email address, and LinkedIn profile link when you engage with our platform or request a consultation. Unlike typical data harvesters, we do not track your browsing history outside our domain or attempt to profile your personal life. Our focus is strictly professional data that helps us tailor our analytical solutions to your business needs.
Operational Usage
Your usage data within the Sifizj Data Insights portal is used to optimize our interface. We analyze heatmaps and feature engagement to understand which insights provide the most value to our Vietnam-based and international clientele. This is strictly internal; we never sell your usage patterns to third-party advertisers.
Storage & Sovereignty
All data is encrypted and stored on localized servers that comply with Vietnamese and international cybersecurity standards. We retain your information only as long as your account remains active or as required by financial auditing laws in Hanoi.
User Autonomy Pillars
01. The Right to Erasure
You may request the full deletion of your profile and historical data at any time. We process these requests within 72 hours, ensuring no residual metadata remains in our primary databases.
02. Data Portability
Export your insights in JSON or CSV formats. We believe you own your data; our platform is simply the lens through which you view it. There are no proprietary lock-ins.
03. Automated Corrections
If our analytics engine misidentifies a data point tied to your account, you have the direct authority to override and correct records via the user dashboard.
Transparency Framework
Note: We comply with the Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection (PDPD) of Vietnam and follow GDPR principles for our global partners.
Breach Mitigation Strategy
In the unlikely event of a security compromise, we maintain a rapid response protocol. Our legal team and technical leads are structured to identify and neutralize threats within hours of detection.
- Regulator Cooperation: We coordinate directly with the Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam to trace the origin of the incident.
